The home sits elevated on a gentle rise with natural materials featuring both in the interior and the exterior. The exterior of the home was clad in 12mm plywood, then finished with stained weatherboard overtop giving wonderful insulation to the home. Timber ’tilt and turn’ German designed windows feature throughout with beautifully hand crafted solid timber stairs leading you to the second storey where a seligna tongue and groove timber floor is laid.  The home has full underfloor heating which is run from a boiler system, also heating the hot water.

Pile supports were designed and driven to a depth of 3.9 metres into soft ground before works could start on the foundations for the home.
