Located on an elevated section, this holiday home renovation comprises two parts. An initial renovation to the existing Bach, and then a later extension to the back of the property.

The home was re-clad in vertical iron and vertical cedar. Inside was fully renovated back to bare framing with new bathrooms and a lovely new kitchen.

The extension has a polished concrete breezeway with exposed oak stairs.

This has now created a much larger home for the family and their friends to enjoy long, hot summers at the beach.
